Sonya Yoncheva in Concert

Witness the long-awaited Japan debut of the Bulgarian soprano Sonya Yoncheva, one of the leading-singers of her generation.

The recipient of the 2021 Opus Klassik as Singer of the Year has become an acclaimed artist on the most important stages of the word, with her extensive repertoire that includes jewels of the Baroque canon, as well as works by Mozart, Verdi, Tchaikovsky and Puccini.

The program features Yoncheva's favorite Italian opera arias including "Casta Diva" from Bellini's Norma and "Vissi d'arte, vissi d'amore" from Puccini's Tosca, which must be a sweeping musical journey.
