Hamburg Ballet Japan Tour in March 2021 Cancelled

It is with great regret that we announce the Hamburg Ballet Japan tour in March 2021 has been postponed due to the current COVID-19 situation. As of 14 December 2020, many of the theaters in European countries are forced to close due to the second wave of COVID-19. Japan is struggling with the third wave, and the immigration restrictions are still unpredictable.

Japan Performing Arts Foundation and the Hamburg Ballet have continuously endeavored to make the Japan tour happen. With a heavy heart, we unfortunately have had to make the decision to postpone it. We apologize to our valued audiences who have been anticipating the performances but appreciate everyone's kind understanding for the unavoidable situation and your continued support. We have already begun discussing the possibility of rescheduling the tour.

Subscribers to the 31st NBS Ballet Premium Series will receive a letter with ticket details. We would appreciate your patience as it might take some time for you to receive it.

Thank you very much for your continued support. We extend our best wishes for safety and good health to you all.
