The
Tokyo Ballet's Don Quixote's Dream performances scheduled on 29 April
and 1 May, and Carmen / Spring and Fall performance scheduled on 2 May are
postponed as the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan will be closed in line with the state of
emergency announced on 23 April 2021 by the Japanese government.
The
performances will be postponed to Friday 18 - Sunday 20 June 2021. Further
details will be announced as they are confirmed.
Other
physical events scheduled at the Tokyo Bunka Kaikan for the Ballet Holiday in
Ueno no Mori are cancelled. However, all the online events for the festival will
be streamed from Saturday 24 April as originally scheduled. Please join us and
enjoy the programs safely from home.
