It is with great regret to announce that we have had to postpone all The Tokyo Ballet's performances of The Sleeping Beauty of My First Ballet Series at the 8th Meguro Ballet Festival because a case of COVID-19 was confirmed among the persons concerned with The Tokyo Ballet. We immediately took all the urgent measures to prevent spread of viruses under the direct instruction of the public health center, including disinfection of all the facilities of the Company and temporary suspension of the activities of the Company and people concerned. However, in the interest of public safety, we made the decision to postpone the performances to Sunday 13 September 2020 to be presented at an alternative venue, Tokyo Bunka Kaikan. We apologize to our valued audiences who have been anticipating the performances but appreciate everyone's kind understanding for the unavoidable situation and your continued support.
All tickets will be refunded. Ticket holders will be e-mailed with refund details from your point of purchase. General sales for the performances with the new date and times will begin on Friday 21 August 2020. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
