Cast Change: Wiener Staatsoper's Le nozze di Figaro
It is with great regret that Andrè Schuen has had to withdraw from the role of Conte d'Almaviva in Le nozze di Figaro on the Wiener Staatsoper's Japan tour due to personal reasons. He will be replaced, at the recommendation of the Company, by baritone Davide Luciano who already sang the role in the same Barrie Kosky's production with the Wiener Staatsoper in May 2024, receiving huge audience and critical acclaim.
We apologize to our valued audience members who have been anticipating the appearance of Andrè Schuen, but appreciate everyone's kind understanding. We hope you will enjoy the performance with Davide Luciano.
