Cast Change: Birmingham Royal Ballet's The Sleeping Beauty(Tokyo)
It is with regret that we announce that the guest artist Alina Cojocaru has had to withdraw from the role of Princess Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty, due to injury. She will be replaced by Elisa Badenes, Principal Dancer with the Stuttgart Ballet, in Tokyo performances on Friday 20 and Sunday 22 June.
We apologise to our valued audiences who have been anticipating the appearance of Alina Cojocaru, but appreciate everyone's kind understanding for the unavoidable situation. At the same time, we hope you will enjoy the exceptional performance of Elisa Badenes as Princess Aurora.
